The Härkila Visent green is a durable hunting jacket that features Thinslulate thermal insulation lining and a breathable Gore-Tex membrane.
The Visent model is a warm and waterproof jacket for demanding hunters, guaranteeing comfort even on cold and windy winter days.
Active membrane
The jacket is made of soft brushed fabric, with an active Gore-Tex Windstopper membrane. It allows the jacket to "breathe" - expelling excess moisture during exercise, and provides protection from wind and rain. The membrane also increases the jacket's resistance to abrasion and shredding.
Protection against wind and rain
The fabric has been treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent)water repellentcoating, which ensures that the material does not absorb water, does not rustle, resists soiling and effectively wicks moisture to the outside (breathable).
Condensation drops slide off the material or evaporate, so the jacket effectively protects against rain and snow.
Insulation against the cold
The jacket perfectly insulates against the cold thanks to the Tinsulate Platinium fabric lining.
Hydrophobic fibers not only effectively protect against the cold, they also expel excess moisture to the outside and eliminate the formation of unpleasant odors.
Active cut
The jacket has a comfortable extended cut, so it will be ideal as winter clothing for outdoor activity enthusiasts, survivalists and hunters.
The Härkila Visent has a detachable adjustable hood, 2 Napoleon pockets for hand warming and 2 roomy front pockets.
Hidden in the sleeve pocket is a reflective band to increase our visibility during a group hunt. In the lower part of the back there is a pocket for a chemical warmer and a functional so-called game pocket for carrying hunting accessories or small hunted game.
After unfastening the tension, the pocket can be easily transformed into a warm seat. The jacket is closed with a two-way zipper covered with a flap. The Visent hunting jacket has two welts: at the height of the sternum and at the lower part of the jacket.
Comfort of use is ensured by magnetic fasteners conveniently opened/closed with winter gloves.
