TheBeretta M9A3 FM 6 mm is a premium metal asg replica with a powerful gas blow-back system and an external thread for silencer mounting.
TheBeretta M9A3 FM 6 mm is a high-quality replica, which was manufactured for Umarex by the renowned Taiwanese company KWC.
Realistic design
The replica, apart from the polymer handle facings, was made entirely of metal. The high quality is highlighted by the milled lock and excellent fit and reproduction of all details, faithfully transferred from the new Beretta M9 of the US Army.
Compared to the M92 model, the main changes were made to the skeleton line (including the Picatinny rail), which was additionally covered with a non-slip coating. The replica has an external thread for mounting a sound suppressor.
A double-sided wing fuse allows comfortable operation for right- and left-handed shooters. White dots have been applied to the musket and the scope, facilitating quick alignment of the instruments on the target.
The non-slip texturing of the grip, guarantees a firm grip on the gun even with a sweaty or frozen hand. The Picatinny rail, of course, allows mounting of selected accessories in the form of a flashlight or laser target marker.
Licensed Beretta markings have been applied to the grip and the lock.
Recoil after firing
TheBeretta M9A3 FM 6mm is powered by a 12gCO2 capsule, which is screwed directly into the 22-bullet magazine that extends from the handle. The replica operates in the GBB (gas blow back) system, which perfectly imitates the recoil of the weapon after the shot is fired.
After firing the last ball, the lock remains in the rear position. In parts, the unfolding of the replica is very similar to the firearm version, which once again emphasizes the fidelity and realism of the gun's construction.
The initial velocity of the fired ball is about 344 fps (on 0.20 g balls), which translates into an accurate range of 25-30 meters. The hop-up adjustment knob is accessed by removing the breech and removing the barrel.
