The Elite Force EF 710 has a full tang (so-called full bolt) construction. This term is used to describe knives whose head and handle shank are made of a single piece of steel. Knives of such construction are characterized by high strength and resistance to damage, which is why they are usually used for heavy work by, among others, survivalists, bushcraft enthusiasts, soldiers and hunters.
The knife has a wide 107mm long blade, made of hard 440A stainless steel, which has high resistance to damage and corrosion. The steel used has a lower retention (ability to maintain sharpness), which perfectly compensates for the ease and speed of sharpening.
Such properties of the steel make the Elite Force EF 710 aimed at less demanding users and people who are just beginning their adventure with the outdoors and the issue of edc.
The drop-point profile head with a flat grind has good cutting properties and high resistance to damage. There is a milled ramp (jimping) on the back of the blade, allowing the thumb or index finger to rest steadily when planing, or making precision cuts.
Handle with enhanced visibility
Themolded polymer liners have finger cutouts and grooves for a secure and comfortable grip on the knife. A hole in the handle can be used to weave in a rope or braided paracord. The knife can be conveniently carried on the belt in a nylon sheath, included in the set. The bright orange color scheme of the handle makes the knife easily visible on almost any natural ground. To carry the knife at the belt, we get a nylon poAchess fastened with a belt clip.
