T4E HDX cal. .68 16J is a new-generation RAM shotgun, equipped with a quick-puncture cap system, accessory rails, pump-action reloading system and a capacious magazine holding up to 16 .68-caliber bullets.
The T4E HDX model is the successor to the T4E SG-68 training-defense shotgun, whose efficiency and reliability have been appreciated by many users.
T4E HDX is a RAM shotgun is available without permits and registration. By design, the T4E HDX refers to tactical smoothbore shotguns of the pump-action system used by the Police and the Army, among others.
Realistic design
The shotgun has a modern design, made of polymer (bed, pistol grip, flask) and lightweight metal alloys. The key components of the marker, i.e. the barrel, breech chamber, tubular magazine, trigger mechanism, discharge device and sighting instruments are made of metal.
The shotgun has a dorsal Picatinny rail, on which the mechanical sighting instruments are mounted: a fiber-optic musket and an adjustable pincer. The sighting instruments can, of course, be removed and replaced with a collimator of your choice Thanks to the M-Lok mounting system bed, the user can also equip the marker with additional accessories such as a laser target marker, flashlight, etc. The tactical nature of the rifle is highlighted by an AR15-style pistol grip, a framed buttstock and a realistic detent-style discharge device. The shotgun also features a piercing fuse for locking the bump-stock mechanism for transport or handling.
The T4E HDX has a built-in tubular magazine with a capacity of as many as 16 bullets. Loading and unloading the magazine is facilitated by a small tool concealed in the pistol grip.
The large ammunition supply and the ability to reload quickly with a shuttle (pump action) means that the shotgun not only has a high rate of fire, but also provides adequate "firepower" to stop an attacker.
The power ofCO2
The T4E HDX shotgun is powered by 2 12gCO2 capsules, mounted under the butt in a metal adapter. However, unlike standardCO2 replicas and air guns, with this model we can carry the CO2 capsules indefinitely. It's all due to a clever mechanism that allows the capsules to be instantly pierced only at the moment we want to shoot the marker. The penetration of the capsules occurs after hitting the pin protruding from the rear of the flask.
Ammunition
We can use various types of .68 caliber bullets in the T4E HDX, depending on our needs and purpose: they can be rubber, powder or pepper bullets. This significantly increases defensive capabilities and allows us to select the type of bullets depending on the escalation of the threat. The shotgun throws .68" (17.3 mm) caliber bullets with an initial velocity of almost 100 m/s. The effective range of a fired rubber bullet is about 20 m (total range up to 50 m). Rubber and pepper bullets are effective non-penetrating ammunition, great for self-defense and training.
