Robens Arch 2, 2-person hiking tent

TheArch 2 two-person tent is a great option for people who need a lightweight and portable structure that provides comfortable shelter during a long hike, bike trip or vacation camping.

Construction

TheArch 2 features a tunnel construction with two arched frames. The tent provides shelter for two adults. The flysheet is made with HydroTex Core technology.

The most important features of the tent

• The fabric of the tent does not burn, but in direct contact with the flame it melts.
• Hydrostatic head of 3000 mm. This feature determines the amount of water per 1 cm² before it penetrates the tent shell.
• The seams of the tropical tent have been protected from soaking by gluing strong tape and welding it to provide long-lasting protection.
• The hood-protected vents provide regulated airflow while protecting against wind and rain.
• The front door can be fully or partially opened.
• The tent is equipped with door pockets. This allows you to protect them from damage when the tent is left open.
• Mosquito nets provide protection from insects and free air circulation.

HydroTex® CORE

This technology was developed specifically for Robens' new series of tents. It is a strong, durable 75 denier (denier) polyester fabric with an embossed, fire retardant coating and a polyurethane coating with a 3,000mm hydrostatic head. The combination of all these features makes the tent ready to withstand variable weather conditions during outdoor adventures and multi-day camping trips.

Robens wind test

Robens tents were tested for their ability to withstand strong gusts of wind with a maximum impact speed of 150 km/h and an average sustained wind speed of 115 km/h. During the test there was deformation of the tent, and then when the wind speed decreased it returned to its original form, with no permanent damage to its structure.
