Tempered steel
The baton is made of Cro-Mo 4130 steel hardened to a hardness of 40-50 HRC, which prevents deformation during intensive training or use. The low-carbon alloy contains chromium and molybdenum as a result of which the baton is also resistant to stretching, bending and tearing. The construction of the baton uses CSB 12060 grade seamless tubes manufactured in the cold. The hard nickel-zinc coating features high abrasion and impact resistance. The baton reaches a length of 530 cm when unfolded (210 mm when folded), which is a compromise between carrying comfort and defensive qualities.
Rubberized grip
The green handle made of flexible plastic with a non-slip texture prevents the baton from slipping during use. A swivel holster with belt loop allows the baton to be conveniently carried folded or unfolded.
