The uppers of the boots are made of polyester, a heavy-duty synthetic material. Mesh ventilation is used on the front, tongue and sides of the shoe, allowing the foot to breathe and not sweat during hot weather. The shoe's upper is reinforced by a stiffened heel and a rubberized toecap, so the foot is better protected from shocks and the shoes are more resistant to wear and tear.
