The model owes this to its brushed outer shell, combined with a waterproof Seeland Seetex membrane. Harkila's proprietary semi-permeable membrane solution is characterized by excellent vapor-wicking performance while effectively insulating the wearer from both rain and wind.
Functional hunting clothing
The pants have been perfectly adapted to harsh weather conditions also in terms of the design itself. The distinctly raised top effectively protects the loins from the wind during outdoor activities. The hip pockets are equipped with splash-proof zippers. The zippers of the Seeland Avail Camo hunting pants are equipped with additionally extended handles, which allow us to operate them comfortably with wet or frozen hands. Meanwhile, adjustable cuffs allow us to protect the inside of the boots from dirt.
SEETEX waterproof membrane
The garment is coated with a special Seetex layer that protects against rain and wind from soaking through. It is a combination of 98% polyester and 2% elastane with a herringbone weave. This technology was constructed specifically for hunting use.
