Pinewood Hunter Pro Xtreme 2.0 Camou, Strata is a wind- and water-resistant men's hunting jacket.
The jacket features the official True Timber® Camou motif, with an orange collar for high visibility. In addition, the high collar protects the face and neck from cold and wind.
The jacket uses taped seams and BIONIC-FINISH® ECO technology to prevent water penetration. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional DWR waterproofing technology: it does not use fluorocarbon compounds, which do not break down in the environment and can be harmful to plants and animals. The hydrophobic polymers used form a branched network, allowing water droplets to roll off the fabric and keep it dry and light. In addition, the polymers are biodegradable and harmless to the environment.
The jacket is made of breathable fabric and has zippered vents lined with mesh that can be opened to increase airflow, reduce moisture and reduce sweating. This is especially useful at increased physical activity and body temperature.
The solutions used ensure high wearing comfort - a detachable hood, adjustable waist, adjustable sleeves with Velcro straps and inserts made of fabric that stretches in four directions. The hood additionally has a visor to protect the face from rain. A double-sided zipper allows the jacket to be opened from both sides. Detachable suspenders will come in handy when the air temperature rises. You can then remove the jacket and sling it over your shoulders like a backpack.
