TheWalther Silver Tac STK is a tactical-style folder, equipped with a 440A stainless steel blade, assisted unfolding system, liner-lock and emergency glass striker.
The Walther Silver Tac STK combines the features of an everyday knife and the styling of a tactical folder, so this model is aimed at both military enthusiasts and those looking for a solid edc tool.
Proven stainless steel
The Walther Silver Tac STK is a medium-sized folder knife designed for everyday carry and light work. The 85mm long blade is made of 440A stainless steel.
The 440A steel blade will be great for everyday use, due to its resistance to corrosion, good sharpness retention and ease of sharpening, for which a pocket whetstone is completely sufficient.
Tactical style
The slim blade with a utilitarian spear-point profile has a classic satin finish. The knife has good cutting qualities thanks to its strong hilt, concave grind and cutting edge with a gentle curve.
The knife's handling is facilitated by cross-milling on the back, which allows the thumb to rest steadily while cutting.
Assisted blade unfolding
The knife uses an assisted mechanism that makes unfolding the blade easier and faster. When the peg is partially leveraged, the mechanism activates an internal spring that dynamically unfolds the blade, making the knife instantly ready for use.
Double-sided peg
The blade is unfolded with one hand using a double-sided peg embedded in the head, a solution convenient for both right- and left-handed users. This convenient method of opening the blade makes the use of the knife extremely convenient and easy.
Robust locking mechanism
The classic liner-lock, valued for its strength and ease of use, effectively protects the blade from accidental folding. The lock, like the flipper and peg, can be operated with one hand.
Carry clip
Discreet carrying of the knife in the pocket is made possible by a steel clip (non-transferable).
Lightweight handle
The Walther Silver Tac STK has anodized aluminum liners bolted to steel reinforcing inserts. The contoured shape of the handle and aggressive texturing make the knife fit securely in the hand and comfortable to use.
A hole was made in the handle for attaching a decorative braided paracord, which are very popular among most knife owners. The handle has been enriched with a glass breaker, which can also be used for self-defense.
