The XB30 Crossbow 2-7x32 SR IR compact rifle scope for block crossbows features an illuminated XB30 SR reticle in the background, multi-coated optics for a bright and sharp target image, and a lockable magnification and FPS ring, making the scope compatible with crossbows with a starting speed of 280-440 fps.
Hawke XB30 Crossbow 2-7x32 SR - compact rifle scope for crossbows
Hawke crossbow scopes for crossbows are sights with uncompromising durability and performance designed for shooting in difficult field conditions.
The Hawke XB30 Crossbow 2-7x32 SR is a crossbow sight with a one-piece 30mm barrel made of matte-finished anodized aircraft-grade aluminum. With a compact 239mm design weighing 407g, it does not appreciably increase the weight of the crossbow, which contributes to the comfort and mobility of the user. The wide-angle optics have been sealed and purged with dry nitrogen, which prevents the optics from fogging up even during sudden temperature changes. The waterproof and dustproof barrel ensures reliability in all weather conditions throughout its lifetime. The sight is shockproof, so it can be used safely on powerful crossbows.
The element that contributes to the performance and versatility of the Hawke XB30 Crossbow 2-7x32 SR sight is undoubtedly the advanced sight reticle, designed for block crossbows with different initial velocities. The scope has a red and green illuminated XB30 SR target reticle in the background, with settings for precision at distances from 18 to 91 m (zero at 18 m) and a fixed parallax set at 46 m.
The reticle consists of bold side arms with analog rangefinder function, nine red and green illuminated crosshairs . On the eyepiece there is a diopter adjustment ring and a lockable knob (patent pending) performing 2 functions: changing the magnification, and defining the speed of the bolts fired from our crossbow. To precisely align the sighting reticle with the crossbow, simply set the magnification/FPS ring to a value that matches the parameters of our shots. Once the crossbow is zeroed at 20 yards (18 m) and the initial FPS speed is set, the reticle indicators will be precisely aligned with the trajectory of the fall of the bolts. The XB30 SR sighting reticle can also be used to estimate distance based on target size.
The functionality of the sight is provided by a two-color LED illumination (red or green) with a 5-stage adjustment scale, which allows you to adjust the brightness and color of the crosshairs to the prevailing lighting conditions, as well as your own preferences.
Magnification / FPS adjustment range:
- 2 × = 250 fps,
- 2.5 × = 275 fps,
- 3 × = 300 fps,
- 3.5 × = 325 fps,
- 4.1 × = 350 fps,
- 4.8 × = 375 fps,
- 5.5 × = 400 fps,
- 6.3 × = 425 fps,
- 7.1 × = 450 fps,
- 8 × = 475 fps.

The scope uses an H2 optical system with lenses fully coated with anti-reflective coatings (11 layers). This affects the brightness of the scope, provides a natural high-resolution image and reduces chromatic aberration. The low-profile covered turrets have an adjustment of 1/2 MOA clique. The full crosshair adjustment range is 215 MOA vertically and 195 MOA horizontally. To protect sensitive optics, there are standard polymer caps fitted to the objective and eyepiece.
Features of the Hawke XB30 Crossbow 2-7x32 SR spotting scope:
- XB30 SR sighting reticle with two-color illuminated center reticle - facilitates shooting in low-light conditions.
- Multi-coatings - anti-reflective coatings have been applied to all glass-air boundaries to enhance brightness and image quality.
- Shockproof aluminum construction allows you to use the sight in harsh conditions
- Dry nitrogen-filled tube - prevents internal lens evaporation, as well as the ingress of dust and debris
- 30 mm tube - provides a range of adjustment of the aiming mark up to 215 MOA vertically and 195 MOA horizontally,
- Quick focus eyepiece ring - allows the crosshairs to be sharpened to the shooter's sight,
- Locking magnification/FPS ring - combines 2 functions: changing the magnification and the FPS setting of the initial velocity of the bolts.
