TheLegends Makarov 4.5mm BB CO2 is a compact air rifle with a metal construction, which is a faithful replica of the historic Makarov pistol.
Full metal construction
The airgun features an excellent fit and finish construction, which is made almost entirely (except for the grip linings) of metal.
The gun has a metal construction with a weight close to the original (685 g), a checkered grip, a smooth-operating SA trigger mechanism and a metal safety cable catch.
The polymer facings, which mimic the Bakelite used in the original, have a delicate checkering that prevents the air rifle from slipping from the hand while shooting.
The high attention to detail is highlighted by a metal clip on the handle, used in the original to attach a cord to protect the weapon from being lost. The revolver has a movable reloadable lock and an almost identical partial disassembly procedure.
This allows the gun's breech to be removed in the same way as in a firearm. The Legends Makarov 4.5mm BB CO2 uses fixed-set mechanical sights, recommended for precision shooting and learning to shoot.
All gun and military enthusiasts will be pleased to know that licensed Makarov markings have been applied to the air rifle.
Automatic reloading
The air rifle is fueled by a 12gCO2 capsule, mounted in the undersurface of the handle. The compressed carbon dioxide gives the fired diabolo shots a velocity of up to 120 m/s and allows accurate shooting at a distance of about 15 m.
A good qualityCO2 cartridge allows you to fire about 60 aligned shots. The number of shots also depends on the air temperature, shooting dynamics and proper maintenance of the airgun. It is also important to remember that aCO2 capsule (punctured) can be left in the windgun for a maximum of 48 hours.
After this time, the capsule must be removed or "fired". Installation and replacement of the capsule are very simple, requiring only the removal of the lining, placing the capsule in the handle and tightening it with the pressure screw.
BB's 4.46mm steel BB shot
Themetal magazine, which slides out of the handle, holds 20 BB's 4.46 mm shot, which are best suited for recreational shooting at reactive targets, cans, bottles, etc.
The magazine feeder can be locked in the lower position, this allows for gravity loading of shotgun pellets directly from the container. Unlike lead shot, BB'S do not deform even under pressure, so they can be safely loaded into high-capacity magazines.
DA trigger mechanism
The windcheater uses a DA (double action) trigger mechanism, which allows you to shoot using only self-trigger.

When carrying or storing, the trigger mechanism can be locked with a left-side wing fuse.
