TheFenix HM75R is the latest headlamp in the manufacturer's lineup, equipped with as many as four light emitters, a USB-C port charging system and the Power Xtend System for additional external power. Thanks to its use, it was possible to achieve an impressive maximum runtime of as much as 234 hours in low mode and 14 hours in high mode. A momentary turbo mode, meanwhile, allows the light to reach an equally impressive 1600 lumens of flux power.
Fenix HM75R - powerful headlamps for demanding users
The flashlight has a sturdy and rugged body, made of magnesium alloy, a material that is resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and weather conditions, while being extremely lightweight. The flashlight's main light source is a white SST40 LED, which emits a maximum output of 1600 lumens with a cool color recommended for any application requiring intensity and maximum brightness. The light reflected from the smooth reflector has a concentrated beam with an operating range of up to 223 meters.
In addition to the long-range emitter, the headlamp also uses an assembly of two Luminus SST20 neutral-color LEDs and an OSRAM GR QSSPA1.23 red LED that allows the operation of sight adaptation to darkness. The flashlight, of course, has an angle adjustment, which is done by tilting the entire flashlight module.
The Fenix HM75R headlamp is powered by the hybrid Power Xtend System. The flashlight can therefore be used autonomously, powered by the 18650 battery located in the body, or supported by an additional, extremely capacious 21700 contained in a module placed for balance on the occipital. The model features a USB-C port, which allows the battery to be charged with a high current of 1.5 A without having to remove it from the device. This is a very functional solution when you plan to work for a long time with the headlamp.
Fenix headlamps - reliable headlamps for outdoor use
Thanks to the use of two buttons, operation of the flashlight is very simple and convenient and, most importantly, does not require taking the flashlight off the head. Each emitter is operated by a separate switch, which is also used to change the brightness level.
The Fenix HM75R headlamp is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which protects against incorrect battery installation. The flashlight features a high IP68 rating, which means it is resistant to dust, dust, heavy rain and even full immersion in water (2 m) for 30 minutes. Therefore, the HM75R can be successfully used in all weather conditions, for virtually any physical activity. Convenient carrying of the flashlight on the head is ensured by an upgraded rubber band, which wicks away perspiration and is equipped with reflective inserts to increase our visibility and safety when moving at night on the road or trail. The HM75R uses a constant-current driver, which guarantees longer flashlight runtime.
