DARN TOUGH brand socks have a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects for durability (abrasion and tearing).
The warranty does not cover burning or melting, cutting with a sharp tool, permanent staining, losing one of the socks and other situations that do not arise from normal use.
A customer complaining about Darn Tough brand socks on the basis of a purchase receipt has the right to request a replacement at the point of sale or remotely. After completing the claim form, clean, washed socks (with the claim form and receipt attached) should be sent back to the address:

After positive consideration of the complaint, the customer will receive a new pair of socks. Complaint of socks can also be made in Kolba stationary store in Czeladz. Clean socks and a receipt are required.
