The operation of this device is highly automated. When you turn on the Smoke Generator , the feeder begins to rotate, steadily feeding the wood chips to a heating heater with a heat sink, there they begin to slowly smolder, producing smoke. The burned chips are pushed through the entire length of the heater, and when they are used up, they go into a suitable container with water. There they are also completely extinguished.
On the electronic control panel you set the desired temperature in the chamber. The temperature task is done by setting the digits in rows of unities, tens and hundreds, respectively. This smokehouse, like all models of the Borniak brand, has a rich system of protective elements. Your smoked meats are protected from smoke condensate, thanks to a cond enser located under the chimney. Excess juice and fat from the smoked meats, on the other hand, flow directly into the drip pan. In addition, there are two bowls in the cabinet of the device - one under the generator for used leftover chips, and the other under the drip bowl for smoke juices.
