Product description

TheSatake Satoru chef's knife is the most versatile tool for any kitchen, designed for cutting meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.

The head is made of molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel hardened to 56-58 HRC. Thanks to the admixture of molybdenum, the steel has high resistance to corrosion and wear.

The double-sided symmetrical cut and sharp tip make the knife suitable for portioning chicken, filleting smaller fish, and separating meat from bones.

The blade, with an optimal length of 18 cm, cuts on a larger surface, which guarantees high control over the knife. The handle of the knife is formed by Bakelite facings filled with wood flour, attached to the shank with rivets.
