Work Sharp E2-I is an electric sharpener for kitchen knives, equipped with flexible abrasive discs and angle guides, allowing precise and correct sharpening of the entire cutting edge.
Construction
The sharpener has a lightweight design and compact size, so it takes up little space on the kitchen countertop, and can simply be stored in a drawer when finished. The biggest advantage of this model is its simple, almost instinctive operation, so it can be used by people with no experience in sharpening knives.
The device has 3 sharpening zones for sharpening the left and right side of the edge and polishing it. The high functionality of the device is enhanced by the option to sharpen scissors.

Work Sharp E2-I is a versatile kitchen sharpener that will sharpen different types of knives quickly and correctly.
The sharpening process
The device has 3 sharpening zones responsible for sharpening:
- right side of the cutting edge,
- left side of the cutting edge,
- polishing and quick sharpening
Thanks to the guide system, sharpening knives is easy and does not require specialized knowledge and experience.
Just place the knife in the guide, turn on the device and pull the blade from the root to the tip, alternating the grinding sides, i.e. right, left, right, left, etc.
Unlike most kitchen sharpeners that use diamond plates, the Work Sharp E2-I used flexible abrasive discs with a gradation of P120, which sharpen more gently, but form the edge of the blade, has a much higher sharpness.
After finishing the initial sharpening, we can manually polish the blade using the middle slot, which uses a fine-grained ceramic. The ceramic sharpener is also perfect for sharpening serrated knives and quick sharpening.
Additional features
The sharpener also allows you to sharpen scissors, for this purpose you just need to remove the ceramic attachment and turn the sharpener on in lower speed mode.
