TheWalther Lever Action Wells Fargo 4.5mm is a western-style CO2 air rifle modeled after the legendary Winchester carbine.
Who among us once didn't dream of becoming a cowboy? Thanks to the Lever Action Wells Fargo, we can for a moment feel like a movie western hero and enjoy, from shooting a replica of the weapon that changed the history of the Wild West. The Lever Action Wells Fargo air rifle perfectly combines modernCO2 technology with the historical atmosphere of a lever-action Winchester rifle.
A rifle straight from the wild west
The rifle, just like a real Winchester, is made of metal: barrel, magazine, breech chamber, reloading lever, trigger mechanism, sighting devices, and wood: bed and buttstock. The Western character of the carbine is emphasized by the gold finish of the breech chamber, on which a graphic of a riding stagecoach has been laser-imprinted.
High Power- impressive power output
The air rifle is powered by compressed carbon dioxide coming from an 88gCO2 capsule. The gas cartridge and the efficient High Power system allow it to fire as many as 450 shots with an even initial velocity. TheCO2 capsule is mounted under the flask foot. Screwing in the capsule is facilitated by special pliers and a spanner wrench used to unscrew the screw securing the bead. The fired shotgun reaches a high initial velocity reaching about 165 m/s and a maximum energy in the range of 7.5 J.
Western reloading
The carbine has a realistic reloading system, impressively imitating the mechanism of a real Winchester. To feed the carbine, a garland magazine with a capacity of 8 diabolo shots is used. To mount the magazine, push down the cover of the shell ejection window and place the magazine on the extended feeder. The insertion of the shell into the chamber is done identically to the Winchester, i.e. by the swinging movement of the reloading lever. The rate of shooting depends solely on the rate at which we reload the carbine.
Adjustable sighting instruments
The carbine uses mechanical sighting instruments in the form of a vertically-adjustable scimitar and a vertically-adjustable musket.
Double safety
The trigger mechanism of the carbine can be locked when carrying or moving with the windcheater by means of a fuse conveniently located within reach of the thumb (at the rear of the breech chamber). The role of an additional fuse is played by the cocking mechanism, which allows you to fire only after the trigger tongue is fully pulled down.
