TheWalther SOK 2 is an everyday spring knife that features a 440C stainless steel blade, a lightweight polymer handle and the proven back-lock.
The Walther SOK 2 was designed as a lightweight edc tool to provide quick access to the blade, safety in use and comfort in carrying.
High-quality stainless steel
The blade of the knife is made of the popular 440C stainless steel hardened from 57-59 HRC. Thanks to its increased carbon content, the steel is resistant to wear, retains its working sharpness for a long time, and sharpens relatively quickly and easily. This is especially important for those without experience in knife sharpening. The satin finish of the steel (polishing method) gives the knife a discreet elegance.
Ease of cutting
The knife has a slim blade (84 mm) with a utilitarian drop-point profile, with a derived flat grind and a gently rounded cutting edge. This combination guarantees smooth and easy cutting, high stab strength, and the versatility of the knife.
Instant unfolding
The blade is unfolded by means of an enlarged button on the lining. Thanks to the spring assist, the head is opened in no time, so the knife will be ready for use in no time. The blade is locked by a spring (on the back), which is released by a side lever attached to the bolt axis. The knife uses an additional back-lock that allows you to lock the unfolding mechanism, which guarantees safe carrying of the knife in your pocket.
Comfort of use
TheWalther SOK 2 has lightweight polymer facings, whose non-slip texture increases the knife's grip on the hand. Daily carrying of the knife at the belt is facilitated by a pouch, made of nylon, a fabric resistant to abrasion, moisture and mildew
