Compact and lightweight
Unlike external hearing protectors, the earplugs are lightweight, compact and compatible with most head protection devices. The Peltor EEP-100 have built-in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that provide up to 16 hours of continuous use.
A polymer protective container is included for safe carrying and charging of the earplugs (docking station function). The ear protectors and the container are weatherproof (IP54 rating), so they can be safely used in rain and humid environments.
Active protection
The earbuds have omni-directional microphones responsible for communication and hearing ambient sounds. Activating the earbuds and changing the volume (3 levels available) is done with a single button, thus providing convenient and intuitive operation.
The microphone port is designed to minimize wind noise. A set of rubber tips (4 sizes) allows the earbuds to fit the user's ear canals.
