The slender 127 mm long blade is made of DIN 1.4116 martensitic steel hardened to 55 HRC. It is a German stainless steel (resistant to corrosion in kitchen conditions), which maintains working sharpness for quite a long time and sharpens quickly with a standard sharpener such as Lansky or Work Sharp Kitchen Edge. The steel ferrule of the blade effectively protects your fingers while slicing and chopping.
The knife has a contoured handle made of natural wood, which makes handling the knife comfortable and efficient. The perfect fit of the handle and the wedge prevents dirt, batteries and food residues from sticking in the nooks and crannies of the knife. The knife is packed in a padded box with a magnetic clasp.
