Browin linen matte sausage string (240C) 100 g is a strong string for home production of sausages and meats, resistant to temperatures of 240°C. The product is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.
The sausage twine is used to bind meat intended for smoking, baking, cooking and curing. The cord is made of natural material (it is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene), so it does not change the aroma and taste of food and can be used at high temperatures (up to 240°C). Thanks to its high mechanical strength, bound meat can be hung on the hook without worry. Meat rope can also be used in the garden (for tying seedlings) or gift wrapping.
