Browin XL balcony smokehouse is a portable device for smoking fish, meat, cheese and cold cuts on the balcony, garden veranda.

Just like in a classic smokehouse, smoking involves heating the smoke chips, which produce hot and aromatic smoke. The smokehouse produces virtually no smoke, as the excess rendered fat is not burned, but drips onto a grease tray. The said tray prevents the fuel from coming into contact with the smoked food. The smoker's burners are powered by odorless gel fuel and have adjustable flame control, allowing you to increase or decrease the temperature in the chamber. Included is a thermometer useful for controlling the smoking temperature, which is the key to preparing flavorful and delicious food.
